Afriart Gallery is proudly presenting Ugandan multi-talented artist Xenson at the opening night at Sandton Convention Centre on Thursday 10 September with his performance titled: Ensi Yaleta.

Xenson (Senkaaba Samson b. 1976) creates multi-media work that explores the global circulation of ideas against a background of pre- and post-colonial history. Using movement, sound and visuals of traditional Ugandan “Kalayi” he brings to life the struggles of Africa’s urban populace.
