1-54 Online Powered by Christie’s was an innovative online platform that enhances the program of 1-54 by providing a virtual experience where visitors encounter additional works displayed by participating galleries as well as highlights from the fair itself. A Selection of works from the fair is exhibited in Christie’s King Street galleries throughout October.
The gallery had works on display by Sungi Mlengeya, Stacey Gillian Abe, Eria Nsubuga 'Sane', and Richard Atugonza, a sculptor who had recently joined our gallery. The booth was represented by our colleague Segolene Py at Somerset House. Due to travel restrictions the team in Kampala was not able to be present, however, we as well had a virtual presence.
